Schedule for classes:


Monday: 7:30-8:30 - Morning yoga 


Tuesday:  18:00-19:00 - Gentle Beginners Class


Wednesday: 17:00-18:15 - Foundation Class


Friday: 7:30-8:30 - Morning yoga


Saturday: 9:30-10:45 - Foundation Class


Foundation Class:

In the foundation classes, you will be introduced to fundamental yoga poses, helping you to build a strong foundation for your yoga practice.

With the advantage of having the small group of students, the classes will build on, making it possible to have gradual progression each week. The pace of the classes will be dynamic. 


Gentle Beginners Class:

In gentle beginners classes, you will be introduced to fundamental yoga poses as in foundation classes but at a slower pace.  We will work on some of the standing poses as well as sitting and supine posses.  We will finish the classes with few restorative poses.  


Level 1:

In level 1 classes, you will be strengthening your basics and gradually progressing onwards with the practice you have built in Foundation classes. Here you will also be prepared and slowly introduced to Shoulder Stand. 


Morning Yoga:  

It is a dynamic, all levels class. You will learn Sun Salutations, do some standing posses leading to different themes.  


Restorative class:

In restorative classes, the first 30 minutes will be active at a medium pace, leading you to restorative posses.  Restorative practice is especially helpful during the darker months of the year to help with fatigue and to boost the immune system.  In some classes, there will be breath practice at the end.
