Schedule for classes:


Monday: 7:30-8:30 - Morning yoga 


Wednesday: 17:00-18:15 - Foundation Class


Friday: 7:30-8:30 - Morning yoga


Saturday: 9:30-10:45 - Foundation Class


Foundation Class:

In the foundation courses, you will be introduced to basic yoga poses, helping you to build a strong foundation in Iyengar Yoga.

With the advantage of having the small group of students, the classes will build on, making it possible to have gradual progression each week. The pace of the classes will be dynamic. 



Level 1:

In level 1 classes, you will be strengthening your basics and gradually progressing onwards with the practice you have built in Foundation classes. Here you will also be prepared and slowly introduced to Shoulder Stand. 


Morning Yoga:  

It is a dynamic, all levels class.
